Customer satisfaction is our priority at Diva Glow. We only accept returns or exchanges for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
Requests must be made within a specified time after receiving the product, along with proof such as images or videos. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Approved returns will be processed according to our policy, and replacements or refunds will be issued where applicable.
